Order Processing:

At Essense Beverages, every bottle is handcrafted to ensure elite freshness and quality. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Our team carefully prepares each batch with precision to meet the highest standards of excellence. An email confirmation of order will be sent once checkout is complete. Tracking information will be given upon shipment of your order.

Local Delivery: 

We offer local delivery within a 45-mile radius of our shipping center in Phenix City, AL. At checkout, enter your address to confirm eligibility and select the Local Delivery option.

Returns:

We do not accept returns on orders unless the item arrives damaged. If your product is damaged during delivery:

1. Please take a clear photograph of the damaged item (including the bottle cap).

2. Send the photo along with your order details to the following contact information for assessment:

Important: All return requests must be submitted within two weeks of the delivery date. Upon review, we will issue a credit toward a replacement order if your claim is approved.
