At Essense Beverages, every bottle is handcrafted to ensure elite freshness and quality. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Our team carefully prepares each batch with precision to meet the highest standards of excellence.

Local Delivery: 

We offer local delivery within a 45-mile radius of our shipping center in Columbus, GA. At checkout, enter your address to confirm eligibility and select the Local Delivery option.

Returns:

We do not accept returns on orders unless the item arrives damaged. If your product is damaged during delivery:

1. Please take a clear photograph of the damaged item (including the bottle cap).

2. Send the photo along with your order details to the following contact information for assessment:

Important: All return requests must be submitted within two weeks of the delivery date. Upon review, we will issue a credit toward a replacement order if your claim is approved.
